Lifechanging --> 3 Ingredient --> Gluten Free, Sugar Free, Homemade PB Cups!!!

There are very few things which make me go WOOOAAA these days, but this recipe was one of them.


YOU NEED 3 INGREDIENTS:
- Coconut Oil
- Chocolate Shakeology (or another brand of protein powder)
- Peanut Butter (Make sure it is Gluten Free if  you need it to be)

INSTRUCTIONS:
- Melt 4 tablespoons of coconut oil and stir until a liquid
- Mix in 4 tablespoons of Shakeology
- Take a muffin tray and divide chocolate mixture into 8 different areas (If you have a mini tray just make 16)
- Freeze muffin tray for 5 minutes
- Add 1 teaspoon of peanut butter (or nut butter of choice) to the top of each chocolate
- Melt 4 more tablespoons of coconut oil and stir until liquid
- Mix in 4 tablespoons of Shakeology
- Pour the remaining chocolate on top of the peanut butter
- Freeze for 10 minutes
- Remove from tray and serve





I usually make these ahead of time and keep them in a freezer for a treat. I estimated about 150 to 170 calories per serving. On the 21 Day Fix or Beachbody portion control system I would count these as a treat. 2 spoons and 1 yellow.



So good. Seriously. Life changing!
