Chocolate Berry Chia Parfait! --> A NEW festive favorite!

Looking for a NEW festive favorite this weekend? Try this keto, dairy free, gluten free chocolate treat!


Chia Layer:
 1/4 cup chia seeds
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 cup coconut or almond milk

Chocolate Layer:
1 cup of mascarpone cheese
1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
Pinch of salt

Berry Layer: 
Fresh raspberries and blueberries


For the chia layer, mix the seeds, cinnamon and milk and set aside. 

Then combine the cheese, cocoa powder and salt. 

Layer the chia layer on the bottom, add fruit, then the chocolate layer, then more fruit. 

Serve with a few chocolate pieces! YUM!

p.s. They last in the fridge for 3-4 days. My kiddos will be eating ice cream and sprinkles all weekend and will be eating this!
