9, 10 and Back to School Again!

Happy 9 and 10 months :) We are combining because I lost track of time. They have grown so much in the last 8 weeks!





We had our photographer take 9 month pics which you can view here. She did a great job :) Katherine kept blowing bubbles and Savannah had a few breakdowns but Jillian managed to capture some great moments. I cannot believe our next session with her is for their 12 month pictures. Time is going by way too fast. Commence first birthday party planning!! (Well lets be honest, the spreadsheet for planning starting about two months ago!)

And then we did our silly pics at home.



Getting these two to sit still is proving increasingly difficult. Both are talking up a storm and Savannah is now mobile and everywhere. Katherine is close but mostly likes to dance and clap! She has got some rhythm. She also will copy sounds like you make which I love to do with her. Savannah will climb on anything she can.  You can also see they have quite the hair these days. If you brush it it tends to stay down for a little bit but for the most part it has a mind of its own. We have been practicing wearing our OSU buckeye hair bows for the first OSU game....we'll see how long that lasts.

The summer also officially came to an end today and Heather started back as a Junior at Hilliard Davidson. She claims its like she never left :) Her tennis is also in full swing. Hopefully we'll get a chance to take some more action shots of her this fall.



I am heading out to Atlanta in a few hours and am having mixed feelings about leaving. I am sure I will be looking at all of these pictures as much as I can! Wish us all luck this week :) Thankfully its a quick trip. Good thing Daddy daycare doesn't charge overtime! :)

Major Milestones

I am a bit behind on posts these days but we have had quite a few milestones over the past week.

We wrapped up last week with 2 baby showers! (One from the Navigator girls and the other that Missy and Katie threw for the Columbus girls). It was an amazing weekend. We feel so blessed to have such support.



 

We also have made some major progress in terms of baby gear...not that we know how to use it but it is at least put together!



 

The nursery is about 95% complete, I am just waiting on a few bedding items that are on back order. More pics to come soon.  Officially today we hit the 30 week mark which means if you are following statistical averages the girls will be here in 5 1/2 weeks. (AH) We go to the doctor Friday and then again for an ultra sound on September 3rd.  At that point (32 weeks) they should be able to tell us more in terms of delivery options (at least that is what I am hoping!). I am feeling pretty good, just tired and started to swell more. (Both belly and feet!) Workouts are down to about once a week if we are lucky but still trying.

Yesterday we also celebrated Heather's first day back to school.



 

She is back in full swing playing varsity tennis and with a pretty intense schedule.  Here's to a successful 2013 school year!
